A friend of mine has started going to the gym. She goes to the same gym that I'm going to and she asked if I wanted to take a spinning class with her. I really don't want to take a spinning class, but since she asked, I'll go this one time. I told her I couldn't make any long term commitment to go every week, but I'll try this once.
I still have to do my regular workout and she is even coming to do that with Janelle and I, so I figure I owe her one. Really, so many people support me these days that I feel like I have to support her, even if it's a form of exercise that I have no interest in.
I'm all about a bike ride from time to time, but I'm not sure what's going to happen with this whole spinning thing. Another friend was telling us how she loves to bike ride so she tried a spinning class and she hated it. So last night I had to listen to someone talk about how awful it was. I was secretly hoping my other friend would be freaked out and not want to go, but no such luck.
Let's hope I can make the whole hour. Anyway, it's just extra calories. I've been doing 2 workouts a day lately anyway, so this will help fill the quota.
